I gave Hello Floors an interesting and somewhat challenging project, and they absolutely nailed the assignment. From start to finish, their communication was fantastic, setting clear and realistic expectations. The craftsmanship and quality of their work were truly stupendous—I couldn’t be more impressed. They were incredibly easy to work with, reliable, and exceeded all my expectations. I’m writing this review voluntarily because their work was so impressive and I feel they truly deserve recognition. They didn’t ask me to leave a review and I typically never get around to writing these things, but I wanted to share my experience because I’m thrilled with the results!

I met one of the guys in the HOME Depot parking lot by chance and got their number. From the first phone call, the estimate and installation process was smooth as silk! The workers showed up two hours early (great by me)! Both Men were very professional and guided me through the process of their installation. They made sure I had all the proper equipment to complete their work. The end result blew me away! The floor looks immaculate! They did their cleanup and made sure my experience was up to par. We hired Hello Floors to do LVP tiles in our home. Ahmed and the crew came on time with lots of equipments to do the work. They removed our old carpet and engineered wood and replaced with LVP tiles in our living room, kitchen, dining room and foyer. They also did ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. Ahmed at Hello Floors was very easy to relate with. He made our flooring project easy, he gave regular updates and ensured that the project was completed in good time. Hello Floors did quality work. We would definitely hire them again!

This was my first big project. Replacing floors is a lot of do I want this or that. They practically had a showroom attached to their truck not just a few books with small samples. They had large pieces that really show how the LVP would look in your home. I changed my mind so many times before and during the install. I even panicked a little. These guys were great! Very accommodating. Communication was amazing. Very reassuring through out the entire process. The crew that came out were really nice as well. The crew was on time, asked did I like certain things instead of just doing what they wanted. They did an amazing job. Without hesitation would refer and work with Hello Floors again. 🥰

I was very reluctant to hire Hello Floors to repair my floors. After the work i am extremely impressed pleased with the communication and the craftmanship of the work performed. Thanks to Ahmed and his team for getting the job done quickly. The craftsmeun repaired my water damaged wood floors, they look better than when they first went in. They also installed new tile in my kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend them and hire them again for any needed work.

In today's world I was a bit nervous hiring a company outside the Big Box Stores. I could not be soo wrong. I was soo nervous that at first I wanted to buy the material myself which they said ok but promised they could bring the showroom to me which they did! I forget names but the gentleman showed up and did indeed have a damn trailer with him. My wife and I picked out the flooring from his truck. Of course my wife picks the most expensive flooring but to be brutal honest they were cheaper than Most supply people. Most important! He was not your typical Pushy Salesman. We picked out our flooring and I was very pleased with the estimate. Total communication! The Installation went so great! I was not home But my wife said the installers were soo polite and nice. Bottom line? I love my new floor. I was skeptical about the price. When I came home and saw what they did considering my rock fireplace? I will hire them again to at least install the new flooring on my stairs. Save a lil money and then my bedroom. Just be aware that they do not cut under your baseboard they will install a corner piece that will need painting after. Small chore! I highly recommend!

We were in search of engineered wood flooring for our dining room and den. We found Hello Floors and Ahmed in Lawrenceville. What a blessing! Ahmed was extremely helpful, patient and dependable. Our floors are gorgeous and pricing was very competitive! We will go back to Hello Floors when we are ready to replace more flooring.

Hello Floors was amazing to work with! Take my advice and have them handle your install too! We bought gorgeous Berkeley Hill LVP from them but had another contractor do the installation (since they were doing other work in our home and said they'd include it in the labor charge). That ended up being a huge mistake because the contractor never leveled the subfloor, and after one week we had horrible dips and even a cracked board in the middle of our living room! (They then ghosted us and never returned to fix or finish the job, but thats another story). I called Hello Floors, and Ahmed and his crew came in and were able to use their expertise to rescue our floors! They removed (and were able to save) the flooring, leveled, and properly reinstalled the LVP. The floors now feel great to walk on, there are no soft spots, and it's so beautiful. Thank you SO much Ahmed and Hasan for everything (including the hug while I cried😭 about the mess our contractor abandoned us with). I highly recommend Hello Floors for purchase AND install. Don't make the costly mistake we did and end up having to pay twice🤦‍♀️. Ahmed and the entire team are awesome. Thanks, again, guys!

Ahmed, Walter, and the team at Hello Floors did an amazing job installing laminate flooring in two of my bedrooms! They ripped up and hauled off the 400 sq ft of old carpet, put down the underlayment and flooring, added quarter-round, and caulked the baseboards all in less than 7 hours. The crew was polite, tidy, efficient, and demonstrated due care! We got 5 quotes prior to choosing an installer, and Ahmed’s quote was right on par with the rest. What set him apart was his friendly nature, obvious knowledge of the work, and the many positive reviews I came across. This flooring job came on the heels of a very negative experience I had with another contractor, so my experience with Ahmed and his crew was a breath of fresh air!!
